Barre 2

Are you ready to amp up your Barre routine? Barre 2 is just the class to do it!

Barre 2 builds on our Barre class allowing you to get the workout you love with a fun twist! This class allows you to challenge yourself with more variety, advanced postures, cardio bursts, bigger range of motion, and a faster-paced class. All of the major muscle groups will be targeted, including arms, thighs, seat, and core. Props, such as a ball, band, block, or weights may be incorporated to add another element of surprise.

Barre 2 is built on the method you all know and love and will leave you feeling sweaty and shaking!
