Barre Cardio uses the classic foundation of Barre combined with cardio intervals, interspersed with floor and core work. This class utilizes high intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training. All major muscle groups are targeted, including arms, thighs, seat, and core. All fitness levels are welcome, though we do encourage taking at least one Barre class prior to taking Barre Cardio. With a faster pace and driving music, this class is the most fun & effective way to burn fat, lose weight and change your body. We highly encourage a hand towel, which can be purchased at the studio, as well as plenty of water!
