Buti Flow

Structured similarly to a regular Buti Yoga class, Buti Flow eliminates the plyometrics and focuses intensely on power yoga flows and deep abdominal toning. With low-intensity tribal cardio, this class will leave you sweaty and sore to the core.

*We do NOT recommend taking any Buti Yoga class during the first trimester of pregnancy. Our Buti Yoga classes are reserved for women only.
