A 30 minute HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) class, which can be paired with a class prior to or preceding, or can be taken on its own. The class is comprised of 40 second sets of high intensity cardio intervals, followed by 20 second sets of static yoga poses. The class focuses on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state.
