Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. Clients train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Buti combines various styles of Hatha yoga with tribal-influenced dance sequences to keep the heart rate up. Buti Yoga is a jam-packed, sweat-filled hour that helps women free their femininity and create a sisterhood within their community.

Buti Lite (beginner/mixed level) is a toned-down version of Buti Yoga, with a slower flow offering more static asana (pose) holds and modifications/levels. It is a great way to start your journey in Buti for beginners, and is equally impactful for advanced clients looking to deepen their flexibility and grow their strength. Despite being taught at a slightly slower pace, this class is a guaranteed challenge and is sure to leave you sweaty!
