Dance Cardio

Time flies in this 60 minute dance party! Using simple, easy to follow dance movements, each song is taught so clients can simply copy the instructors movements. Two strength training sections targeting the upper and lower body give the heart rate a chance to come down and the muscles a chance to sculpt as well. You do not need to be a dancer to take this class; Dance Cardio is a stress-free, choreography-free, full of fun workout!
