HIIT is a 30-minute heated class comprised of twelve intervals. Class will be gently heated to approximately 85-90 degrees with the studio rooms built in infrared heaters.
This class fuses yoga and plyometric exercises together to elevate your heart rate and get the sweat dripping! The switch between strength training and cardio in this class gives you the best of both worlds and keeps your muscles guessing the entire class.
Equipment, such as blocks, weights, and bands, may be incorporated to add variety and fun to the exercises. With the use of an interval timer to move class through the twelve intervals, you will be burning out and focusing on all major muscle groups, including arms, thighs, seat, and core. Grab your towel and water, you will certainly need it for this fun heated class!
