Get ready to SWEAT. With the studio room gently heated to approximately 85 degrees, Hot Buti focuses solely on burning out the muscles in each asana. While plyometrics and cardio are removed, tribal and primal movements are incorporated in the flows. This class is a great option for beginners as it is slower paced and zero impact.
