Get ready to SWEAT. With the studio room gently heated to approximately 85-95 degrees, Hot Buti focuses solely on burning out the muscles in each asana. While plyometrics and cardio are removed, tribal and primal movements are incorporated in the flows. This class is a great option for beginners as it is slower paced and zero impact. Make sure to come hydrated!
