Tone36 is comprised of 8 (60 second) “rounds” of exercises repeating a total of 36 times. This class focuses on fuller range of motion strength training exercises that are all low-impact and super effective. With specific rounds designed to target the arms, thighs, glutes, and core, this class utilizes your own body weight as well as props such as light hand weights, sliders, blocks, and balls. The repetition of the rounds of exercises are designed to tone and burn out each muscle group. Don’t be fooled – though there are not designated cardio intervals in this class, you will still get your heart rate up and leave sweaty!
