This is not your typical yoga class. While the instructor will instruct and guide, clients are able to freely flow on their own to the beat of the music. The class will learn a sequence of yoga postures together, as the instructor gives form cues, tactile corrections, modifications, and breath cuing. After this, the participants are encouraged to flow at their own pace, in their own way, however the music moves. This fast-paced, flow-focused class will leave you sore and sweaty!
If you desire a slower-paced, more gentle Vinyasa class focused on building strength, flexibility, and foundations of asanas/poses, we recommend our “Gentle Vinyasa Flow” class.
