I was hooked on Novo when…
I took my first Novo barre class in 2015! I really enjoyed the class, but I loved the people I met even more.

When I’m at Novo I enjoy…
Being part of such an incredibly supportive group of women! Good day? People are there to cheer with you. Bad day? People are there to pick you up. There’s really no place like Novo.

When I’m not at Novo I enjoy…
Traveling when I can, spending time with friends and family, and planning and cooking delicious meals.

My fuel or inspiration for class is…
Music, of course, and scanning my barre resources for the latest and greatest way to create that ‘shake to change’.

My non-Novo job is…
I’m a stay at home mom (so a chef, laundress, Uber driver, personal shopper, and all the other things)

I’m totally obsessed with…
COFFEE. It makes my world go ’round.

You’d be surprised to know…
I have two partially webbed toes on each of my feet.

You’ll probably find me singing or humming…
Late 90s/early 2000s hip hop/R+B and pop.
