I was hooked on Novo…
When a friend brought me to energy n pow{h}er, then casually looked over and mentioned halfway through the class that it was one of the hardest classes on the schedule!

When I’m at Novo, I enjoy…
The positivity and encouragement that always fills the studio.

When I’m not at Novo, I enjoy…
Going to Phi Mu events, playing with my sweet german shepherd, and hanging out with friends, oh and eating Chick-Fil-A and ice cream.

My fuel or inspiration for class is…
the feeling of accomplishment after and knowing that I just burned off a whole meal or more therefore I can eat a dessert without feeling guilty!

My non-Novo job is…
A Full-time student at CSU.

I’m totally obsessed with…
Chick-Fil-A, Coca Cola, the beach, dogs (preferably puppies), Phi Mu, and the peppermint chocolate chip milkshake from Chick-Fil-A that comes out during Christmas time.

You’d be surprised to know…
I used to be a competitive cheerleader, played basketball, volleyball and soccer.

You’ll probably find me humming/singing…
Hardcore gangsta rap, Christian music, T-Swizzle, J-Biebs, and country.
