While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend booking all classes in advance online. This guarantees you will have a spot in the class. Small groups and Semi-private trainings should be booked in studio, or via email or phone. Sign up below, or if a class is full, you can add to the waitlist. Members can book classes up to two weeks in advance, which we recommend doing.

Please note that our schedule typically undergoes minor changes seasonally (fall, spring, and summer), according to our clients’ needs and requests.
