WE FOCUS ON GROUP-FITNESS CLASSES WITH INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION, and our mission is to help you reach your fitness goals by providing high-energy, unique classes and personalized support for every step of your journey.
All of our methods are group fitness classes, with individualized attention given to each and every participant. Instead of a pre-set, pre-planned class, our instructors have the liberty to create a brand new, completely customized workout just for a specific group of clients, pulling from that method’s library of exercises.
Barre is an intensive form-focused, body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client.
Buti Yoga is a movement practice fusing power yoga with tribal dance, primal movement, and plyometrics.
Rebounding is a high-energy, low-impact, cardio and strength training method, taught using bellicons (mini-trampolines or “rebounders”).
All of our methods work in a neutral spine, versus a tucked pelvic position. This is especially important in our barre classes, as many other barre methods are taught with a strong posterior pelvic tilt. Read more about the importance of a neutral spine HERE.
305 Fitness is a 45-minute nonstop cardio party featuring fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves and toning for your upper and lower body.
Our yoga classes are music-driven and non-traditional, focusing on postures and breath.
