Our Facilities & Amenities
Novo’s brand new, 4,200 square foot facility opened to the public in March of 2022.
Our new facility located in the beautiful Maple Village Shopping Center features two spacious studio rooms with state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment, as well as infrared heating systems. A smaller studio room used for private training, small group sessions, and parties is also available. Offerings include a full-service locker room (including showers), a stall bar, lavender-infused cooling towels, a coffee bar, filtered-water refill station, seating area, and an expansive boutique offering fitness apparel and accessories. Youth service sessions for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years are offered daily (Monday through Saturday) in our fun, activity-filled playroom.

We are constantly getting brand new shipments of clothing from the top designers of studio-to-street fitness apparel, so our shop will never have the same pieces twice! In addition to these clothing lines, we also carry custom clothing made just for our studio. We strive to provide you with a variety of options for comfortable, sweat-wicking, fashionable pieces to wear before, during, and after your workout! From sports underwear and bras, to leggings and tops, to layering pieces and jackets – we have your whole ensemble covered!
Our boutique features collections from Glyder, Mate, Beyond Yoga, Project Social Tee, Z Supply, and DYI, among others!
Need a different size or color? Just ask and we can special order just for you!
While we provide all equipment needed for class, we also have mats, towels, and water bottles available for purchase. We carry locally roasted coffee, detergent made just for your workout apparel, soy candles, doTERRA products, Teleties, and much more!

Unlimited Memberships
Unlimited memberships do not auto-renew. There is no limit to the amount of classes taken (daily or otherwise) although we recommend taking three classes per week minimum.

Youth Services
Our studio is proud to offer on-site babysitting services for our moms to utilize while they work out. Youth Services sessions are offered for ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

Private Training
Private training is available for clients who want one-on-one training.
This time can be used to improve your form, break down and troubleshoot exercises, or to have an individualized workout catered to your specific needs. You may purchase one private session or book reoccurring private sessions, depending on your needs and desire. Many clients find an initial private session very helpful before their first class, especially if they have a variety of injuries or areas of concern. You can purchase your private session here, then call or email us to schedule your session.

Experience Novo with your friends and family!
Want a session for you and your friends or family members? If 1-on-1 training is not for you, we offer semi-private sessions for 2 or 3 people (rates vary).
Small group sessions and private parties are also available (a minimum of 8 participants is required) starting at $12/person!
This is a perfect option for a girls’ night out, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, church groups, and more! The session can be completely catered to your group, including class type or combination, playlist requests, and preferred instructor.
We also offer children’s birthday parties (90 minutes, including designated time for refreshments and gifts) that can be completely customized to your child’s age and interests.
