Q: How do I get access?
A: Purchase your On Demand membership here, then shoot us an email to let us know you’ve done so. We will set up your On Demand access, and you will receive an email with a direct link to login, set your password, and start sweating with us online!
Q: What equipment is required to participate in the classes offered on Novo On Demand?
A: No equipment is needed aside from a mat. Optional equipment includes hand weights, a yoga block, resistance band, pilates ring, and/or a mini-trampoline (rebounder).
Q: How is the Novo On Demand membership structured?
A: Novo On Demand is set up as a recurring monthly payment. To cancel, simply email to request cancellation with 30 days notice.
Q: How can I stream Novo On Demand?
A: Novo On Demand can be accessed from your computer or phone. Many of our clients connect their device to their Smart TV so that they can follow along on a big screen.
Q: Do you provide any support for your online members?
A: Additional virtual support is offered through our online community. Novo On Demand members have access to our private member facebook group to ask questions, find support, and engage with other members and Novo staff.
