Mind-body fitness is our specialty



The methods offered at Novo Fitness Studio ensure clients can achieve their health and wellness goals by putting mind to muscle.



Each of our featured methods are unique, unlike any other exercise program in existence.



All of our methods are music-driven group fitness classes, with individualized attention given to each and every participant.



Instead of a pre-set, pre-planned class, our instructors have the liberty to create a brand new, completely customized workout just for a specific group of clients, pulling from the library of exercises of that method.



Across the board, the methods that we teach use music as an integral part of the class. Music is more than background noise; to us, it drives the entire workout and helps to provide the drive and motivation to keep clients giving 100 percent.



Each method is form-focused, ensuring clients are kept safe while maximizing their work. In doing so, each of the methods offered emphasize the importance of a neutral spine.



There are a variety of classes within each of our main methods, making each of them accessible to clients, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

This class targets each muscle group in a series of low-impact, form-focused exercises that will strengthen and tone your entire body with incorporating resistance bands.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a high-intensity workout that combines power yoga (for strength training) with tribal dance and plyometrics (for cardio).

Buti Sculpt

Buti Sculpt

Take all your favorite Buti moves and put them into a HIIT format, and the result is Buti Sculpt.

Buti Flow

Buti Flow

Buti Flow focuses specifically on power yoga flows and deep abdominal toning, eliminating plyometrics but keeping tribal elements.

Hot Buti

Hot Buti

With a heated studio room, Hot Buti incorporates tribal/primal movement in a series of poses to burn out the muscles.

This class is a foundational level of our bellicon bounce class, slowing down the pace with a focus on balance and coordination.

Bounce is low impact and high energy; it incorporates strength training elements using the rebounder as well as cardio from bouncing. Advanced Bounce classes offer a focus on routine and challenging combos!

Circle is structured as a 30-minute HIIT class made up of various cardio intervals on the rebounder. Our Circle+ classes add in toning sections for a little extra burn!

Move + Tone Rebounders

Move + Tone Rebounders

Move + Tone (Rebounders) incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout the class with a twist! Using rebounders helps up the intensity of this class.

Barre Fly incorporates two of our fan favorites, Barre and HIIT for a full cardio and strength training workout.

Slow Flow Yoga

Increase your flexibility, improve mobility, and release tension in this gently-heated, slow-paced yoga class that will restore your mind and body.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow

Our vinyasa class offers traditional yoga sequencing and tactile corrections with non traditional elements such as the playlist and the opportunity for clients to flow at their own pace.

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion combines all of our favorites: heat, light hand weights, yoga postures, and short cardio bursts.

Yoga Foundations

Yoga Foundations

This slower-paced class will break down commonly used yoga poses (asanas), with more individualized attention from your instructor.

A full-body workout, FIIT is a low-impact class that focuses on full range of motion movements in strength training exercises, cardio segments, and yoga flows.

Tone36

Tone36

Tone36 repeats 36 (60 second long) rounds of range of motion strength training exercises using body weight as well as the use of props, such as light hand weights and sliders.

HIIT

HIIT

HIIT is a 30-minute heated class comprised of twelve intervals. This class is a great way to get the sweat dripping!

Move + Tone

Move + Tone

Move + Tone incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout the class. This class is a surprisingly fun twist to Tone36.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a full-body workout combining pilates inspired core strengthening with low-impact cardio conditioning. Heat up and transform your body with this music-driven class designed to improve strength, endurance, control, and flexibility.

Club Dance

Club Dance

Club Dance by Vibe is a 45 minute high intensity dance workout. Featuring pop, house, and hip hop music in one custom-mixed playlist, specially curated by our DJ, you’re guaranteed a whole lot of sweat and smiles from start to finish!

Strength utilizes heavier weights set to a slower tempo of music, designed to build muscular strength.

This 30-minute strength training class utilizes a Pilates ring to target all major muscle groups with a strong focus on the deep (or internal) layers of the core and pelvic floor.

Arms + Abs

Join us for a 45-minute, arm and ab focused class that utilizes light hand-weights and other equipment, fueled by a high-energy playlist!
