Novo Fitness Studio is the product of a dream, intense training, and passion.
Located in Columbus, GA (Midland), Novo is a 100% LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED studio and intimate fitness boutique that strives to provide a UNIQUE AND PERSONAL fitness experience for people of every fitness level.
It’s diverse offerings provide a workout opportunity that is unparalleled in other fitness settings. Novo first opened its doors in February 2014, and has grown exponentially since its opening, now offering 70+ CLASSES PER WEEK in a newly expanded facility featuring three studio rooms!
Specializing in form-focused, mind-body methods, Novo was founded as the first barre method of any kind in Columbus. Since opening, Novo has grown to offer numerous additional methods, including Rebounding, Buti Yoga, Dance Fitness, and Yoga. Our methods are licensed and certified, which guarantees their effectiveness and allows clients to progress and grow within the variety of classes offered.

Jen has been part of the Novo family since taking her very first barre class over a decade ago! While she loved the workout, it was the incredible community that truly hooked her—and that same sense of connection is what she continues to bring to everyone who walks through our doors. For Jen, Novo is so much more than a fitness studio. It`s a place where victories are celebrated, tough days are met with encouragement, and every person is welcomed with open arms. She believes there`s truly no place like Novo, and we couldn`t agree more. ✨
When she`s not teaching (and did we mention she’s taught over 1,000 classes?!), Jen stays busy in her favorite role as a stay-at-home mom—wearing all the hats from chef and chauffeur to personal shopper and everything in between. She also loves traveling whenever she gets the chance, spending time with family and friends, and creating delicious meals to share around the table.
Today we`re celebrating someone who makes Novo feel like home for so many. Help us wish Jen the happiest birthday! We hope your day is filled with lots of laughter, plenty of coffee, and all the love you`ve poured into this community over the years. 💜

Happy Birthday to one of our lovely instructors, Autumn! 🥳
Autumn has been bringing energy, encouragement, and so much fun to Novo ever since she took her very first class in 2017. As someone who grew up playing sports and loved lifting and running, Novo gave her something fresh and exciting—and we`re so glad it did! She’s now certified in many of our methods and has taught over 1,000 classes for our Novo community!
For Autumn, the studio is a place to leave life`s worries at the door and be fully present. Whether she`s leading a high-energy class or taking one herself, she`s fueled by great playlists and unforgettable instructors and clients who inspire her to keep growing. ✨
Outside of Novo, Autumn wears many hats. She`s a mama to two beautiful girls, the owner of her jewelry business–Parlie Clay, and spends her free time making beautiful pieces, walking, journaling, listening to inspirational podcasts, and planning adventures with her husband. She also has two adorable dachshunds, loves Las Vegas, and will happily tell you that winter is not her season.
