Elevate is a music-driven, 45-minute full-body workout that builds strength, stability, endurance, and balance through intentional movement and high-energy training.
Using the 15 lb Bala Beam, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, the class is structured in three training blocks—each combining strength, cardio, and vinyasa-inspired movement. You’ll move through functional strength sequences, elevate your heart rate with athletic cardio intervals, and then recover with a mobility-focused flow designed to stretch, reset, and restore before the next block.

*This class is specifically designed around the 10 and 15 lb Bala equipment used in class. If you typically prefer lighter weights, this class may not be the best fit as they will not be available. Elevate is intentionally programmed to challenge you through controlled, purposeful movement using the equipment as designed.
