Arms + Abs

Arms + Abs is a high-energy class that incorporates light weights and a Pilates ball to target the major muscles in both the arms and abdominals. It consists of both a full range of motion as well as isometric movement to fatigue the targeted muscle groups. With two cardio bursts, standing and floor work, and a different variety of exercises in each class, Arms + Abs checks all the boxes for sweat, burnout, form, and fun!
