Basic Bounce is our foundational level bounce class and is perfect for those new to rebounding. Set to a slower pace, clients will learn a simple and short choreographed routine that will stay consistent for the entire month. In addition, Basic Bounce incorporates targeted sections for balance work, coordination, and strength training for upper body, lower body, and core. We recommend all clients new to rebounders begin with this class, as it teaches clients everything they need to know to make the most of our other rebounding classes!
