This class takes a more lyrical approach to Buti Yoga, with a heightened focus on flowing a series of poses and movements together. Buti Flow eliminates the plyometrics and focuses intensely on power yoga flows and deep abdominal toning. Centered around fluid, bigger range of motion movements, this class also incorporates low-impact tribal cardio, leaving you sweaty and sore to the core.
