This class has it all! Specifically designed to cater to clients of all fitness levels and experience, FIIT combines elements of strength training, low-impact cardio bursts, and yoga flows in a perfectly balanced class that leaves no muscle untouched. Special attention is given to targeting complimentary muscle groups, both strengthening and stretching the entire body. Fuller range of motion as well as compound movements are used throughout class to keep the heart rate in a fat burning zone. This class also utilizes props such as stability balls, straps, and (optional) heavier hand weights to keep each class different and challenging. Gain strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and coordination in this high-energy, fast-paced class set to the beat of the music.
