Hot Pilates is a 45-minute class that combines traditional Pilates principles such as breath, core work, alignment, and form, with HIIT (HIGH intensity, LOW impact interval training) to give you a complete full-body workout. This class format was created to be accessible to everyone- no matter what experience, age or fitness level – as it gives the option to move at your own pace and adjust the exercises as you wish.
Hot Pilates emphasizes strength and integrity (moving with form over depth and form over speed), and teaches you to target the core muscles from the inside out to get the results you want. Heated to approximately 85 degrees, this class guarantees sweat, soreness, and a lot of fun!
