Move + Tone Rebounders incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout the class with a twist! In class, exercises are designed to target the arms, thighs, glutes and core by using your own body weight, as well as, props such as light hand weights, sliders, blocks, bands, and balls.
You will be doing all of this with the help of the rebounders. The addition of the rebounders is a fun twist to the Move + Tone class that you all know and love! The repetition of the rounds of exercises are designed to get your heart rate up, while also toning and burning out each muscle group.
