Move + Tone incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout this 45 minute class using an interval timer. This class is a surprisingly fun twist to Tone36. In class, exercises are designed to target the arms, thighs, glutes and core by using your own body weight, as well as, props such as light hand weights, sliders, blocks, bands, and balls.
The repetition of the rounds of exercises are designed to get your heart rate up, while also toning and burning out each muscle group. Instructors may plan for an extra twist to be added throughout the rounds to leave your muscles shaking and confused. Get ready to leave class sweaty!
