Structured as a pyramid training model, 5 compound strength training exercises will stack on for the first half of the class. Each additional 30 second exercise will stack on before taking a 25 second break, increasing time under tension which leads to muscle growth.

A mental and physical challenge, Power utilizes heavier weights to target all major muscle groups, reaching muscle fatigue faster. Build muscle in the glutes, hamstrings, quads, core, back and arms in this total body strength training format that keeps the heart rate elevated from start to finish.
