Slow Flow Yoga

This 45-minute practice is designed to be beneficial for both the newest and most experienced client. Our slowest-paced yoga class incorporates longer restorative poses and gentle stretching to relax the body and mind while increasing flexibility and mobility. The atmosphere of the room awakens all the senses – from the gently heated temperatures, to candlelight, to aromatherapy, to soothing music. The class ends with a savasana assist in which cool lavender-infused towels are placed on the clients’ foreheads for a refreshing end to the session. Clients can expect to leave class experiencing released tension in both the mind and body.
