Strength

This class utilizes heavier weights set to a slower tempo of music, designed to build muscular strength and lean muscle. It is a workout designed for all levels (can modify/challenge based on weight amount) and combines functional movements and compound movements which target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Not only is this structure time-effective, it also maximizes calorie burn. Cardio bursts and core work are added into this 45 minute class to make it an all-in-1 workout that challenges clients from a strength and cardiovascular standpoint.
