Yoga Foundations is the primary introductory class recommended for anyone new to yoga or new to Novo. By slowing down the pace of the class, clients are able to maximize the time in each pose to better understand form cues and alignment, as well as each muscle group being used. This class builds strength, increases range of motion and flexibility, and challenges balance. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more knowledgeable, and sweaty, having had plenty of opportunities for individualized attention.
