I was hooked on Novo…
after my first class – 305 with Ellen. Once I tried the other methods and experienced the variety of instructors, their different personalities, and the unique ways they each teach, I knew I had found the gym & community I’d been looking for.

When I’m at Novo, I enjoy…
“shaking my tail feather” with some amazing women and hearing the support and encouragement given by all to all!

When I’m not at Novo, I enjoy…
spending time with my hubby and 4 children (whether at home or out doing adventurous things) and hanging with my amazing community group ladies on Wednesday nights!

My fuel or inspiration for class is…
the music that I know will always be fresh (I have always loved having music going while I workout) as well as the hardworking ladies who give their all! Seeing the satisfaction and the feeling of accomplishment from each of the clients is truly priceless to me!

My non-Novo job is…
a wife, mom of 4, and a baker of a small business (Sandy’s Heavenly Sweets).

I’m totally obsessed with…
Jesus. music, dancing, baking, reality TV (things like Survivor, Amazing Race, etc.), trying new foods (I’m a bit of a foodie), and being out in nature!

You’d be surprised to know…
I have a Bachelor’s in Spanish and am almost finished with a Master’s in Worship Studies (two very different things). I played Violin from 4th grade through high school and currently play guitar.

You’ll probably find me humming/singing…
some worship song or whatever disney/kids’ song my kids have most recently sang.
