What is Buti Yoga?

Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga with tribal dance, primal movement, and plyometrics. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti challenges the body along all the planes of motion, creating long, lean muscles with sexy, feminine curves. Buti Yoga sculpts muscles while the body is in an optimal fat burning zone, using power yoga flow as an active recovery and muscle lengthening tool.

The Spiral Structure technique is so effective, many students notice a difference in their core within a few classes. It pairs muscles together based on a spiral that divides the muscles of the outer and inner core. Students learn to activate core muscles in both the outer unit of the core, responsible for moving the body, and the inner unit of the core, that stabilizes the body.
