What is Rebounding?
Rebounding is a high-energy, low-impact, cardio and strength training method, taught using bellicons (mini-trampolines or “rebounders”). Each class offers a unique, fun, and sweat-filled workout both bouncing and sculpting using the bellicon.
At Novo, we use bellicon rebounders, which are top-of-the-line, using a sophisticated suspension system with patented bungee cords, instead of the hard, squeaky metal springs found on traditional mini-trampolines. The difference is one you will both see and feel! The bellicon cushions all impact on your back and joints, making this the ultimate low-impact class for any age or fitness level.
The benefits of rebounding are limitless, and it only takes a few bounces to realize how much fun you’ll have while getting an amazing workout! Bouncing boasts an incredible level of calorie-blasting (just 20 minutes of bouncing is equivalent to an hour of running, with no damage to your joints!). The vertical motion of bouncing on the rebounder gives the body a complete detox by increasing the flow of the lymphatic system. In addition to the cardiovascular and lymphatic benefits, rebounding strengthens your core, improves balance, and increases agility.

Bounce
Bounce is low impact and high energy; it incorporates strength training elements using the rebounder as well as cardio from bouncing. Advanced Bounce classes offer a focus on routine and challenging combos!

Basic Bounce
This class is a foundational level of our bellicon bounce class, slowing down the pace with a focus on balance and coordination.

Circle
Circle is structured as a 30-minute HIIT class made up of various cardio intervals on the rebounder. Our Circle+ classes add in toning sections for a little extra burn!

Move + Tone Rebounders
Move + Tone (Rebounders) incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout the class with a twist! Using rebounders helps up the intensity of this class.

Barre Fly
Barre Fly incorporates two of our fan favorites, Barre and HIIT for a full cardio and strength training workout.
