Yoga at Novo

We offer a variety of classes that are considered “yoga,” though our yoga classes are unique to our studio and range vastly in format and level of difficulty. Because each of our other methods draw on foundational aspects of yoga, we encourage all of our clients to take our yoga classes in order to better their workouts as a whole. In addition, these classes focus on form and alignment, which ensures clients stay safe while maximizing their efforts. Improving balance, increasing flexibility, building strength, and connecting with the breath are all key components emphasized in our yoga classes.

Our yoga classes are music-driven and take a nontraditional approach in style. We focus primarily on postures (asanas) and breath; the physical components of yoga. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi looking to further your practice, we have a yoga class to meet your needs and goals.
