If you are seeking to build muscle and tone your body, we recommend checking out “Tone36” and “Strength,” in addition to our Pilates classes, “Hot Pilates,” and “Pilates Ring.” We also offer hybrid classes such as “FIIT,” “Move+Tone,” and “HIIT,” which combine cardio with strength training exercises for a perfectly balanced workout experience. Our dance classes include “Club Dance” and “World Dance,” each taught to a specially-curated mix by our DJs.

Arms + Abs
Join us for a 45-minute, arm and ab focused class that utilizes light hand-weights and other equipment, fueled by a high-energy playlist!

Club Dance
Club Dance by Vibe is a 45 minute high intensity dance workout. Featuring pop, house, and hip hop music in one custom-mixed playlist, specially curated by our DJ, you’re guaranteed a whole lot of sweat and smiles from start to finish!

FIIT
A full-body workout, FIIT is a low-impact class that focuses on full range of motion movements in strength training exercises, cardio segments, and yoga flows.

HIIT
HIIT is a 30-minute heated class comprised of twelve intervals. This class is a great way to get the sweat dripping!

Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a full-body workout combining pilates inspired core strengthening with low-impact cardio conditioning. Heat up and transform your body with this music-driven class designed to improve strength, endurance, control, and flexibility.

Lower Body Burn
In this interval training class, we use heavy weights to strengthen all of the major muscle groups in the lower body.

Move + Tone
Move + Tone incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout the class. This class is a surprisingly fun twist to Tone36.

Pilates Ring
This 30-minute strength training class utilizes a Pilates ring to target all major muscle groups with a strong focus on the deep (or internal) layers of the core and pelvic floor.

Power
Improve cardiovascular endurance, build muscle, and burn fat in this 30 minute express format class.

Roll + Release
A slow, mindful class focused on self-myofascial release using yoga therapy balls and simple props.

Strength
Strength utilizes heavier weights set to a slower tempo of music, designed to build muscular strength.

Tone36
Tone36 repeats 36 (60 second long) rounds of range of motion strength training exercises using body weight as well as the use of props, such as light hand weights and sliders.
